Little more than 3 months till the end of 2016, the 65% Ecobonus is about to end.

The 65% bonus for renovation work regarding energy savings is still running wild.

In the latest report drawn up by the Environmental Commission of the Chamber, the Inland Revenue has applied deductions for an amount of 1,060 million, corresponding to an investment of 16,165 million, 23.8% more than 2015

The situation as of 12th September 2016 is that 65% tax deductions expire at the end of 2016.

In April the Trade Minister, Pier Carlo ‎Padoan, expressed the Government's intention to continue with the tax credt for energy related requalification and renovation work in constructions.

The general house measures, stated Minister Padoan, have had a triple effect on the policy: support to families, recovery of the construction industry and of the production network of this field, the multiplication of opportunities to gain access to credit.  Government action will follow along these lines.

Two of the most important requests, among many, of ECOBONUS:

1. To stabilise and fix the 65% Ecobonus for the three year period 2017-2019;
2. To remodulate the emission times of the incentive so that micro-intervention is also convenient.

For the moment, the 65% deduction for energy requalification work will expire at the end of 2016.

Therefore, in the hope that this commitment is respected, we invite all customers who are thinking of buying windows to visit one of our authorised dealers as soon as possible in order to guarantee that their order is despatched and therefore that the renovation work/energy savings are completed by 31.12.2016.  If not, if the benefit is not extended for private users and/or if there is any change to it in terms of percentages and/or regulations, late customers will be penalised.
