An extension up until 31st December 2015 of up to 65% tax deductions

ECOBONUS 65% up until 31st December 2015 - ITALIAN FINANCIAL ACT 2015

Through the last press release of 19th January 2015, ENEA illustrates the various expiry dates and legal obligations for 2015 for all families, companies and public adminsitrations with regards to ENERGY SAVINGS.  All of this is explained in the "Vademecum for energy savings 2015" drawn up by ENEA and available on the website EFFICIENZAENERGETICA.ACS.ENEA.IT.

While confirming the same operative procedure as previous years, we would like to provide you with a VADEMECUM FOR USE provided by ENEA: DOORS AND WINDOWS 2015 (Art.1, paragraph 345 of the financial law 2007) indicated here below.

Substantially the following has been indicated for 2015:

• an extension in the form of 65% tax deductions introduced by the Italian Financial Law and implementation of the measures of the Leg. Decree 102/2014;
• ecobonus also valid for the purchase and installation of sun screens, or for costs borne in the following 12 months up to a maximum value of euro 60,000; costs related to the purchase of outside curtains, shading systems, sun protection devices in combination with internal windows and, in general terms, all screens, can be deducted;
• the ecobonus for costs related to the purchase and installation of winter air conditioning systems fitted with heat generators powered by biomass fuel.  Costs should be borne within 12 months up to a maximum deduction of 30,000 euro.

Furthermore, we have pleasure in informing you that as soon as it has been published we will transmit the updated information issued by the Inland Revenue and be ENEA.

We would like to remind you that by 31st December 2020 all recently built constructions must have an energy rating of close to zero.
