Safety double glazing 1B1 according to UNI EN 12600

Double glazing is an insulating glass, consisting of two or more panes of glass put together and separated by a cavity of dehydratd air or gas, protected along the entire perimeter by a double seal. The glass used may be of various kinds, in this specific case we have a safety glass that complies with the 1B1 norms accordingto UNI EN 12600.

There are several cases in which the law indicates this type of safety glass, some of which include:

Glass surfaces in areas open to the public and used for sports activities or frequetnted by youngsters.
Glass surfaces exceeding 6 sqm in areas open to the public.
